Site Services, LLC was formed in April of 2004. The “site services” concept was developed to bridge the gap between the home buyer and a rapidly changing reality due to unprecedented restrictions on land use. Navigating the permit application process has become somewhat confusing, time consuming and stressful for manufactured homebuyers not familiar with the permit process or the ever changing regulations that govern land use and construction. Consumer expectations and stringent construction standards imposed by the federal government have caused mobile homes to evolve into what is known today as “manufactured housing”. Lending institutions, coming under closer scrutiny by loan guarantors such as FHA, VA and USDA Rural Housing, have begun to require loan applicants to fill out a significant amount of technical paperwork.
