Site Services, LLC is an authorized distributor for FoundationWorks, Inc. Their primary support columns (PSCs) are engineered to withstand high wind and seismic loads while dramatically reducing the likelihood of your home ever settling. Because this foundation system is manufactured and installed at the same time your new home is set up, no pre-pour inspection by the local jurisdiction or concrete curing time is necessary. This can reduce the total project completion time by at least two weeks. The primary support column foundation system manufactured by FoundationWorks, Inc. has been approved as an acceptable permanent foundation for FHA and VA guaranteed loans.
